Additional Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Property plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend identifying distinct areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
